Big Regional Projects: St. Johns County see World Commerce Center growth

Five commercial projects are dominating the Interstate 95 frontage in World Commerce Center, a 996-acre development at southwest I-95 and International Golf Parkway, where Ring Power Corp. moved its headquarters in 2005 to 500 World Commerce Parkway.

Jacksonville-based Steinemann & Co. is the developer of World Commerce Center, which is entitled for residential, office, medical, retail, warehouse and hotel developments.
